I weren't quite sure if I was ordering the right Arabic Gold Coliro paint, because I purchased one before, though the details on the website looked different to my previous one.
So it was very helpful to be able to contact Jane to made enquiries about to product and to know I am making enquires to a person and not to a automated machine or a computer. I got my answer very promptly and the item was received nicely wrapped and the delivery was with me in two or three days.
