I purchased a set for my son’s birthday to be shipped to the US. There happened to be some delay due to the paperwork needed for customs. Jane handled the matter expeditiously, kept updating me on the progress, and I received this gift a day prior to my son’s birthday – just in the nick of time! She also sent an absolutely beautiful hand-written calligraphy happy birthday message and a card! Thank your Jane!

Fantastic shop
Excellent quality products…the paints are a joy to use. I like being able to select my own colours in a set. My order arrived very quickly, even though just before Christmas. One item was missing but this was remedied as soon as I contacted the company and received a day later with two sample colours and a sweet note of apology. I will definitely buy more paints from this company.
