Coliro’s new Pearlcolor “Buttercup” is a delightful addition to their range. This colour is a warm yellow-orange shade, enhanced with fine glitter particles. The glitter adds a subtle shimmer, making it perfect for adding a touch of sparkle to your artwork.

“Buttercup” is known for its high-quality pigments, ensuring an even and vibrant colour release.  This Pearlcolor is opaque and comes in a 30mm diameter pan, fitting into all empty palettes available from Coliro.

It has a lightfastness rating of 6 (on a scale from 1 to 8, with 8 being excellent) meaning it maintains its colour well over time.

Coliro pearl colours are handmade, high quality gouache colours. They can be dissolved with water and applied with a brush. Coliro pearl colours are perfect for creating special effects and highlights, they are also ideally suited for calligraphy.

Made of mica, a natural mineral that offers a wide variety of metallic shades, from gold and silver to iridescent, shining pearl colours. Activate with a little water on the palette and apply to the nib with a brush. Adheres to all absorbent surfaces, such as paper, wood, gypsum, etc.

Coliro Pearl Colours are opaque and can be dissolved with water and a brush. They can be mixed among each other.
